Interview with a manager Reaction

During our interview with the manager of Chinabank, we understood the functions of a manager more namely Planning,Leading, Organizing, and Control. We learned that the manager plans to reach his or the company's set goal or completion of a certain task, Organizing the people involve to achieve what was planned, Lead them to maintain the progress and remind their goal or task at hand, and lastly Control the people on what they are assigned to do to avoid confusion and overtime. We have also learned that managers are dependent on the information they receive. Therefore, making them cautious to information they receive by personally confirming it to their higher Superior or the place where the information was made. Information is like a sick person, wrong information worsens the illness of the person making treatment more complex, while accurate and right information makes a sick person all better without making things more complex. Mostly information is the support beams of a manager. The information provides the foundation on how the manager will Plan, Organize, Lead, and Control his people. one wrong information may cause a chain reaction on which all managers are trying to avoid at all cost. In our conclusion, information plays a vital part in every organization and in every lives of people because it is what we base all our things to it.

Have you encountered computers with an internet connction but doesn’t have an office Suit? Zoho provides the solution for this very specific problem. Zoho Docs is a Web-based office suite that contain word processing, spreadsheet, presentations,  project management, and many more. It was developed by ZOHO Corporation which is formally called AdventNet inc..  Zoho application are free to use at the entry level but it require a free for more extensive or professional use. You can now make word documents, presentations, notes, and other more with Zoho. Zoho provides a wide variety of components from Zoho writer, which is like Microsoft word, to Zoho Books, which is an online accounting and book keeping service. That doesn't stop there, Zoho can also be accessed using your I-Phone or other smart phones. You can start using Zoho by clicking the logo above.

Yahoo provides an online application to keep you updated in your events and your to do list by your very own personalize calendar in yahoo Calendar. Yahoo! Calendar is a calendar service from Yahoo. It can read event syndicated from sites.People who wants to use Yahoo Calendar are required to have a free Yahoo! ID in order to use the software. Just like Yahoo mail, it's free and is totally easy to use and you only need to use your original yahoo username if you want it to be your private group. I yahoo groups, you can organize and create a group for either a common interest or for group projects. Start using Yahoo groups by clicking the logo on top to meet people of common interest or share info to your members.

 You can log-in by entering your username and password, but if you don't have you can make one under the Sigh-in button for a yahoo account.

Group list

This is the main page of yahoo groups, you can create a group of your own or search a group if you want. All the groups you've joined are listed on your left screen. At the bottom picture, you can see the components of a group which are the files, photos, discussions, etc. All are sorted on the left side of the screen of your group page.

Yahoo groups is a free application site which has the basic features you need. It is also helpful to students and businessmen to associate file to friends or coworkers with just the task of joining the group. It also provides the characteristics of productivity with portability to use it anywhere for anytime with the use of the internet. It also automatically sends a notification to your yahoo group members to reduce the task of typing their emails with a possibility of an error.
